  7.     changing the position of other items, SO HAS THE FILE STRUCTURE
  8.     OF THE PROGRAM!

  10.     If you used the program to do 1990 W-2's, that is, last year,
  11.     you must run a special routine before you can work on those
  12.     files.  You will find that you are offered a choice to update
  13.     last year's files when you select to do the W-2's from the
  14.     main menu.  You must make this choice once, and only once,
  15.     for each of last year's files.
  16.  
  17.     Just a quick reminder.  I now operate the NIGHT BIRDS' ROOST RBBS
  18.     between 6:00pm and 7:00am weekdays and 24 hours on weekends.  The
  19.     Bulletin Board was set up for you.  I have trying to gather the
  20.     best business software from the other BBS around the country.  I
  21.     hope that you will use the BBS to leave questions regarding your
  22.     work and be willing to call and read the messages left by others.
  23.     If you can answer one of your colleague's questions, it would be
  24.     great.

  28.     all the programs on the board.  You can download and use any of

  146. 'fingerprints' and requiring no special installation routines.  This means 
  147. that you can install our files on hard disks with no fear of future 
  148. problems.

  150. Our only concession to copy protection is that our program code is encrypted 
  151. with serial number and/or user's name which appears on the screen and makes 
  152. each disk traceable.

  154. Our software license restriction is essentially that each licensed copy of 
  155. the software must be used on ONLY ONE COMPUTER AT A TIME.

  195. and you can print all or selected parts of the list.  Data can also be
