  21.                 WHAT'S NEW IN WPTOOLS VERSION 5.1?

  23. Two changes are common to several programs.  They are described here 
  24. and briefly referred to in the discussion of individual programs.
  25.  
  26.                  (a)  Trapping of encrypted files.  Rather than crashing 
  27.                  when a password protected WP5 document is encountered, 
  28.                  the programs now gracefully skip over them.

  30.                  (b)  Read-only input files are now less likely to 
  31.                  cause problems.

  125. WP5LOOK  4.0 --  This program has been substantially rewritten.  Many 
  126.                  of the changes will not be obvious to users.  The 
  127.                  following changes are more obvious.
  128.                  (a)  Optionally does not reformat paragraphs to fit 
  129.                  screen width, instead permitting lines of over 250 
  130.                  characters, with the screen manually scrolled 
  131.                  horizontally to permit viewing.
  132.                  (b)  Invoking program without filespec on command line 
  133.                  produces prompt for filespec, optional pick list if 
  134.                  filespec has wildcards.  Help now available through 
  135.                  command line parameter rather than absence of filespec 
  136.                  on command line.
  137.                  (c)  /M command line parameter to force mono display, 
  138.                  thus overriding default color selection.
  139.                  (d)  /W command line parameter, same function as W 
  140.                  key.
  141.                  (e)  Optional configuration file for command line 
  142.                  parameters.
  143.                  (f)  Additional filespec may be inserted while 
  144.                  processing other filespecs.  Inserted filespec is 
  145.                  processed before pending filespecs.
  146.                  (g)  Bug involving reported page numbers fixed.
  147.                  (h)  Encrypted and read-only fixes.
  148.                  (i)  Bug that sometimes resulted in displaying, as the 
  149.                  first thing in a file, a word from the previous file.
  150.                  (j)  Now displays non-WP5 files, using a different 
  151.                  display and command structure.
  152.                  (k)  /P command line parameter to force use of pick 
  153.                  lists, P command to invoke pick lists of /P not used.
