  7.         HBMS is a Shareware product.  Information about Shareware and HBMS 
  8.     is covered near the beginning of the main document file HBMS.DOC.  
  9.     Please copy this form to your printer and use it for registration 
  10.     purposes.  The registration fee is $35.  This includes a disk with the 
  11.     latest version, instructions on how to bypass the Shareware screen,
  12.     future updates for the price of media only, and full technical support
  13.     by mail or phone.  Sorry, but I do not accept credit cards at this time.
  14.     Users in Canada and other foreign countries should make checks in U.S. 
  15.     dollars, preferably drawn on a U.S. Bank.  A money order is recommended.
  16.     There is no upgrade charge to previously registered users, other than a 
  17.     $5 media/handling fee.
