- The form file 1040_91.fm is provided to demonstrate the capability of
- FORMS EASY. This file can be used to fill out tax form 1040 of 1991.
- It includes the two sides of 1040, schedules A,B and some worksheets.
- Using this file, you need only fill out cyan(unprotected) boxes that need
- original data, all the deductions, taxes will be automatically calculated
- and entered into the pink boxes(protected, contain formulas). As you
- fill out the worksheets or schedules, most of the calculations will
- be automatically done and the results will be automatically entered into
- form 1040. When you are satisfied with the entries, you may load the
- form onto the printer and print the entries out. You should load the
- form properly so that the two "position marks" (yellow "+" with green
- background) are printed at the ends of the horizontal bar at the top
- of the form when you print the position marks (first option in the
- print menu). This ensures that the entries will be printed at correct
- locations.
- Although I think this form file can be used to fill out tax return,
- I assume no responsibility for any errors that may occur as a result of
- using this file. The user is advised to double check the printed form
- entries independently before submiting the forms to IRS.
