Thank you for buying Slipstream 5000. The following text contains
all the information regarding this game.

The accelerate, fire and select are configurable from the
configuration controls screen.
1.2 Keyboard Control

On certain keyboards holding down a set number of keys causes a
keyboard error to occur. If this happens on your keyboards you
will hear a short beep from the PC speaker. To rectify this
simply redefine the keyboard controls to use a different set
of keys. All of the keys are configurable from the
config controls screen.
2.0 Camera Controls
-------------------
During the race, fly-through and demos of other tracks you
can change camera views using the function keys as follows:
F1 - Cockpit, F2 - Chase, F3 - Rear, F4 - TV, F5 - Free
When using the "Free" camera you can view your ship from any angle
and distance by using the Ins, Del, PgUp, PgDn, Plus and Minus keys
on your numeric keypad to move the camera around.
3.0 Additional Hardware Support
-------------------------------
Starting Slipstream by typing "SLIP /maxx" will enable support
for the Cybermaxx VR Headset.
Starting Slipstream by typing "SLIP /eyes" will enable support for
the Simuleyes 3D glasses.
4.0 Troubleshooting
-------------------
The Slipstream 5000 Demo must be installed onto a hard drive in
order for it to work.

4 Meg Memory Minimum
Soundblaster Recommended
ADLIB and ROLAND supported
Joystick Recommended
Keyboard and Mouse Supported
If you have problems running the SlipStream 5000 then check
the following:
Have you got at least 4 Megs of Memory free?
Have you configured the sound card properly?
If you are still having problems then please refer to the trouble
shooting guide supplied with the game.
