  40. OLE 1 client and servers support. Complete on-line context-sensitive
  41. hypertext help. Multi-level undo. Unlimited named layers. 
  42. Open multiple drawings at a time. WYSIWYG text editing.  
  43. Rotating text, text on a line, and text that wraps to fit shapes. 
  44. Full Bezier curve support, as well as polyline shape editing.
  45. Drawings can be created using  pre-defined shapes 
  46. from the handy Shape Palette, or you can easily draw your own.

  61.                       DISTRIBUTION FORMATS

  63. The install program provided with Top Draw works for 3.5" high
  64. density media, CD-ROMs, and with BBS files unzipped in a hard
  65. drive directory.

  67. Top Draw cannot be distributed on 360K or 720K low density media.
  68.  
  69. Microsoft LZ compression is used for diskette distribution.
  70. PKZIP 2.04G high-compression is used for BBS distribution.
  71. Top Draw is normally provided on 3.5" HD media.

  74.                 TOP DRAW DISTRIBUTOR LICENSING

  77. ALL DISTRIBUTORS:
  78. Copies of Top Draw Shareware Version may be made and distributed
  79. as long as 1) none of the files are modified or deleted, 2) the
  80. program is described as "shareware". Under no circumstance shall
  81. Top Draw be described as "free", "freeware", or "public domain".
  82. Copying and distribution of the Registered Version of Top Draw
  83. is prohibited.

  85. FREE COPIES:
  86. Copies of Top Draw Shareware Version may be made and distributed
  87. freely as long as no fee of any kind is charged.  In this case, 
  88. no application is necessary.

  90. ASP VENDORS:
  91. If you agree with the terms of the Distributor License (below),
  92. no application is necessary prior to starting distribution.

  94. NON-ASP VENDORS:
  95. Written approval from the author is required prior to starting 
  96. distribution. Please apply.

  98. NOTE: 
  99. If you received a disk from Top Software (or an authorized agent),
  100. and you agree with the terms of the Distributor License, you have
  101. permission to begin distribution immediately.

  103. BBSs and USER GROUPS:
  104. BBSs and User Groups may copy and distribute Top Draw. User 
  105. Groups may charge a nominal fee in order to cover library 
  106. cataloging and copying costs. Copying and distribution must be 
  107. terminated upon request by the author.

  109. ROYALTIES:
  110. Royalties are normally not required for distributing shareware 
  111. copies of Top Draw.  Royalties are required for: 
  112.  1) Premium pricing - unit price > US $20.
  113.  2) Including Top Draw with hardware or pre-loading on a hard drive.
  114.  3) Rack vendors who pay royalties for any other shareware programs. 
  115. Royalties are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

  139.               TOP DRAW SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTOR LICENSE

  141. 1. Your library's catalog or listing will state that shareware is
  142.    not free, but is copyrighted software that is provided to allow
  143.    the user to evaluate it before buying.  If registration fees 
  144.    are listed, refer to the documentation accompanying the 
  145.    diskette for current rates and options.

  147. 2. This license may be terminated by the author at any time.
  148.    Diskette and BBS distribution: Offering and sale of Top Draw
  149.    will be stopped immediately at any time the author so requests.
  150.    CD-ROM distribution: No new masters will be created using Top
  151.    Draw after the license is terminated.

  153. 3. Copies of Top Draw distributed will be complete and unmodified.

  155. 4. Problems or complaints about the program will be reported for 
  156.    investigation and correction.

  158. 5. Information on the number of copies of Top Draw sold or
