  1. NOTICE: By installing and using DESKPOCKET REFERENCE,
  2. you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
  3. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly 
  4. delete the SOFTWARE from your computer.

  6. This Agreement permits you to make and use copies of 
  7. "Pocket.hlp", designated as DESKPOCKET REFERENCE (the 
  8. "SOFTWARE") provided that each such copy is used only on 
  9. a single computer and has been validly licensed to the 
  10. vendor who gave you the "SOFTWARE". You must maintain 
  11. all copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE. 
  12. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE, but you may transfer 
  13. the SOFTWARE on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies, 
  14. include the most recent update and all prior versions of the 
  15. DeskPocket Reference, and the recipient agrees to the terms of 
  16. this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or 
  17. disassemble the SOFTWARE.

  19. COBODA PUBLISHING INC. and the Advertiser, do not warrant 
  20. the accuracy of the Information contained in this SOFTWARE 
  21. and assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions.

  23. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 
  24. COBODA PUBLISHING INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS 
  25. OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
  26. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND 
  27. NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL COBODA PUBLISHING INC. OR 
  28. ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, 
  29. WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, 
  30. BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER 
  31. PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR THE
  32. INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN OR INABILITY TO USE 
  33. THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF COBODA PUBLISHING INC. HAS BEEN 
  34. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES 
  35. DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR 
  36. CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY 
  37. NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  39. The SOFTWARE is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication,
  40. or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set 
  41. forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data 
  42. and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or 
  43. subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software 
  44. Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

  48. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi 
  49. and U.S. Copyright Laws.
