  11. * GetRight can automatically calculate alternate addresses for common mirrored
  12.   servers (such as Simtel.Net or TUCOWS).
  13. * GetRight will find the fastest server from the set of alternate addresses
  14.   for downloading the file to improve your download performance.
  15. * GetRight now supports Download.Com's "Download Manager" file format.
  16. * GetRight can now return your web browser to the source web page where the 
  17.   downloading file was found.

  21. Using GetRight to Download:
  22.   GetRight monitors the contents of the clipboard to see if a web link (URL)
  23.   is copied into the clipboard.  
  24.   When a web link (of the correct file type) is copied to the clipboard, 
  25.   GetRight starts up to get the file.
  26.  
  27. DETAILS:
  28. * Find a file you wish to get in your web browser.  Click with the RIGHT mouse 
  29.   button on the link (often blue, underlined text) to get a menu of choices.
  30.   * Using Netscape:  pick "Copy link location" from the menu.
  31.   * Using Microsoft (95/NT):  pick "Copy shortcut" from the menu.
  32.   * Using Microsoft (3.1):  pick "Properties" from the menu, then select the 
  33.     text in the URL box in the window that appears and press Ctrl-C to copy it 
  34.     to the clipboard.
  35.   * Or from ANY program--email, word processor, a different web browser, or 
  36.     anything else where you may see a URL--select the link text (looks like 
  37.     http://xxx.xxx.xxx/file.name or ftp://xxx.xxx.xxx/file.name) and press 
  38.     Ctrl-C to copy the text to the clipboard.

  40. * For the common download types (such as .EXE .ZIP, etc.), GetRight will 
  41.   automatically startup to download the file as soon as the text is copied.

  43. * For most other types, GetRight will ask you whether it should download the 
  44.   file or not.
