  9. We are not responsible for anything at all.  Nothing.
  10. Even if we are held responsible, the limit of our
  11. liability is the licensing fees you paid.  The full text
  12. of our license agreement follows

  15. SOFTWARE LICENSE
  16. ----------------
  17. Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use
  18. EasyHelp/Web on a 30-day trial basis for the purpose of
  19. determining whether EasyHelp is suitable for their needs.
  20. The use of EasyHelp/Web, except for the initial 30-day trial, 
  21. requires registration.  The use of unlicensed copies of
  22. EasyHelp/Web, outside of the initial 30-day trial, by any person, 
  23. business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is 
  24. strictly prohibited. 
  25.  
  26. A single user license permits a user to use EasyHelp/Web
  27. only on a single computer.  Licensed users may use the
  28. program on different computers, but may not use the program
  29. on more than one computer at the same time.
  30.  
  31. No one may modify or patch the EasyHelp/Web executable files 
  32. in any way, including but not limited to decompiling, 
  33. disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the program. 
  34.  
  35. A limited license is granted to copy and distribute EasyHelp 
  36. only for the trial use of others, subject to the above 
  37. limitations, and also the following: 
  38.  
  39.   1)    EasyHelp/Web and all of its release files must be copied
  40.         in unmodified form, complete with the file containing
  41.         this license information.
  42.  
  43.   2)    EasyHelp/Web may not be distributed in conjunction with
  44.         any other product without a specific license to do so
  45.         from Eon Solutions Ltd.
  46.  
  47.   3)    No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or
  48.         accepted, except as authorized below:
  49.  
  50.         A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops)
  51.            may make EasyHelp available for downloading only as
  52.            long as the above conditions are met.  An overall or
  53.            time-dependent charge for the use of the bulletin board
  54.            system is permitted as long as there is not a specific
  55.            charge for the download of EasyHelp.
  56.  
  57.         B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software 
  58.            may distribute EasyHelp/Web, subject to the
  59.            above conditions, without specific permission.  Non-
  60.            approved vendors may distribute EasyHelp only after
  61.            obtaining written permission from Eon Solutions Ltd.
  62.            Such permission is usually granted.  Please write for
  63.            details (enclose your catalog).

  65.         C) Non-profit user groups may distribute copies of the 
  66.            EasyHelp diskette to their members, subject to 
  67.            the above conditions, without specific permission.  
  68.            Non-profit groups may collect a disk duplication fee 
  69.            not to exceed five dollars. 
  70.  
  71. LIMITED WARRANTY
  72. ----------------
  73. Eon Solutions Ltd warrants that all disks provided are
  74. free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming
  75. normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of
  76. purchase.
  77.  
  78. Eon Solutions Ltd warrants that the program will perform
  79. in substantial compliance with the documentation supplied
  80. with the software product.  If a significant defect in
  81. the product is found, the Purchaser may return the
  82. product for a refund.  In no event will such a refund
  83. exceed the purchase price of the product.
  84.  
  85.   EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, EON SOLUTIONS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL
  86.   WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
  87.   LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
  88.   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE
  89.   PRODUCT.  SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE
  90.   PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF
  91.   ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION AND ANY
  92.   INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  IN NO EVENT WILL
  93.   Eon Solutions Ltd BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  94.   (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
  95.   BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
  96.   INFORMATION AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE
  97.   INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF ION SOLUTIONS
  98.   HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  100. Use of this product for any period of time constitutes
  101. your acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its
  102. contents.
