  69. contains only a brief description of the package and its features, along
  70. with instructions for its installation.  After unzipping Writer's Cramp,

  73. Writer's Cramp is an inexpensive and simple word processor with many of
  74. the same features found in major word processors.  Letters are stored in
  75. a database, multiple databases can be created, one for each member of
  76. the family. Each letter database can be password protected.  Requires
  77. Windows 3.1+ or Windows 95.

  79. Writer's Cramp is a shareware program.  This evaluation version includes
  80. all features of the program, and is not crippled in any way.  You may
  81. use it for up to 30 days, without charge.  If you like the program, and
  82. wish to continue its use after this evaluation period, you are required
  83. to pay for the program (see REGISTER.WRI for more details).  Any fee you
  84. may have paid to others (disk vendors, dealers, etc.) to obtain this
  85. evaluation version was a fee for their copying and distribution
  86. services, rather than a payment for continued use of the program.

  189. Users of Writer's Cramp V2.0 or earlier:
  190.  Writer's Cramp V2.1+ changes the database structure used by Writer's
  191.  Cramp V2.0 or earlier.  V2.1+ will automatically modify any existing
  192.  V2.0 or earlier database to the new structure.  We recommend that you
  193.  install V2.1+ into a different directory and copy the following files
  194.  from your V2.0 or earlier directory to the V2.1+ directory: *.LDB,
  195.  *.MDB, and *.INI files.  After you have verified that the databases
  196.  where converted correctly, you can delete the V2.0 or earlier
  197.  directory.

  199. To install Writer's Cramp, run SETUP.EXE.
  200.  If you are using a windows shell program other than Program Manager or
  201.  Norton Desktop, you may have to manually create groups and group items
  202.  for Writer's Cramp.  If you have a previous release of Writer's Cramp
  203.  installed, we recommend installing into a new directory.  We recommend
  204.  creating a group WRITER'S CRAMP.  In group WRITER'S CRAMP, create four
  205.  items:
