  3. INSTALLATION
  4.  
  5. To successfully run PUBLISHER LITE, you must install it.  Please read the
  6. installation instructions in the manual before installing.  You will need five
  7. blank formatted disks or about one megabyte of space on a hard disk.
  8. Further details are in the user manual in the section "Installing DTP Lite."

  10. You need to run the FONTWID program if you change your installation; you do
  11. NOT need to run it every time you use PUBLISHER LITE.

  13. MEMORY REQUIREMENTS
  14.  
  15. PUBLISHER LITE will use all the memory available to it. On a 512K machine,
  16. there is less than 6K free after DOS, a mouse driver, and LITE is installed.
  17. Be sure to remove any buffers, RAMdrives, etc. before attempting to run LITE
  18. For example, be sure to remove FILES=xx and BUFFERS=xx from the CONFIG.SYS
  19. file if you use one. Also, do not load any TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident)
  20. programs such as SIDEKICK.
