The students are very moderate in a safe and sensible pinkish liberal kind of way, although the Tories have been waking up lately. [EITAL]Other campus media includes Glen Eyre Hall radio station and 'Wessex Films' which makes films and documentaries. The charity Rag raised รบ8,000 last year, [ITAL]unusually low for them[EITAL]. The Community Interaction group runs 21 local help projects.[HDNG]RELIGIOUS:[EHDNG][PARA][STAT][BULL] 3 chaplains (CofE, RC, Free)[ESTAT][PARA][ITAL]The Christian Union is very active and large. Provision for Muslims is poor [EITAL]although they can use a prayer room in the Union. Just about every religion is catered for in Southampton.[HDNG]PAID WORK:[EHDNG][PARA]The boat show in summer offers some opportunities not available elsewhere.[PARA][PARA]
