[ITAL]When people dream about the dreaming spires of Oxford, the spires of Christ Church are the ones they remember when they wake up - [EITAL]the 5 [ITAL]fine [EITAL]quads and the meadow stretching down to the river.[ITAL] The College and its students used to be very formal and conservative although this is changing quickly.[EITAL][PARA][PARA]2 bars; fortnightly discos in the 'Undercroft' (cap 120) or JCR with occasional student bands; annual Ball; own picture gallery with works by Michelangelo and Raphael. [ITAL]JCR steers clear of political debate[EITAL]. 2 main libraries and 24hr Law Library (100,000 books and other treasures).
