Transcription: Butterflies are amazing. Each begins its life as an egg laid on a leaf. It hatches into a caterpillar, which just keeps eating. Its purpose is to stuff itself with the huge store of food it needs to become a butterfly. When it is fully grown, it develops a tough leathery jacket. And inside, the caterpillar, in one of nature's surprises, has changed into a butterfly. They live on the sugary sweet nectar from flowers which they drink through a long hollow tongue.
