  11. Shutdown; extract icons from DLL, EXE and 
  12. ICL files and save them. Supports Theme 
  13. Packs (Drag-n-Drop) and autoload Theme Packs 
  14. on Windows StartUp. You can type more than 5 
  15. characters instead of boring 'Start' on the 
  16. start button.
