  16. INSTALLATION AND SETUP
  17.  
  18. 1.  Start Windows.
  19. 2.  Click on 'Start' button in lower left corner.
  20. 3.  Choose Run.
  21. 4.  In the Command Line type one of the following:
  22.     -  If the software is on a diskette, type A:SETUP
  23.        (assuming your floppy drive is A:).
  24.     -  If the extracted software is on the hard disk,
  25.         type C:\DIRECTORY\SETUP (where DIRECTORY is
  26.         the actual directory that holds the software
  27.         files).
  28. 5.  Choose OK.
  29. 6.  Follow the prompts.

  33. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING REQUIRED FILES
  34.  
  35. The Windows 95 version requires the vb40032.dll file.  Most likely, 
  36. you will already have this files in your Windows\System directory.  
  37. If you do not have the file, please download them from your favorite 
  38. shareware repository, online service, BBS or from our web site
  39. www.informatik.com/files.html.

  67. This is a shareware product.  You may evaluate it for 30 days.  
  68. If you like the product after the 30-day evaluation period,
  69. and you continue to use it, please register and pay the 
  70. registration fee.

  72. The registration fee for Cards+More is U.S. $19.00.   
  73.  
  74. Immediately after registration, Informatik Inc. will email the
  75. personalized registration code and information on downloading of 
  76. the latest software files.  Master diskettes are not required, but 
  77. are available for a handling charge of $5.00.

  79. Registered users are entitled to technical support and to free 
  80. software upgrades for one year.

  82. To register, please choose 'Registration, Copyright' from the
  83. applications' About menu.  Click on the 'Print Registration Form'
  84. button.  Fill in the Registration Form and return it to Informatik Inc.
  85. together with your check or credit card information.

  112. The physical diskette and documentation of this software product is
  113. warranted to be free of defects of materials and workmanship for a
  114. period of 30 days from the date of receipt.  If you notify us of
  115. such a defect within the warranty period, Informnatik Inc will
  116. replace the defective materials at no cost to you.

  140. located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.  The parties hereby
  141. consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

  147. Informatik Inc.  All rights are reserved, and the use of the software
  148. is expressly prohibited, except as authorized by the terms of this
  149. agreement.

  151. Informatik Inc. authorizes you to make archival copies of this
  152. software for the sole purpose of back-up and protecting your investment
  153. from loss.  Under no circumstances may you copy this software or
  154. documentation for the purpose of distribution to others.  Under no
  155. circumstances may you remove the copyright notices made part of the
  156. software or documentation.

  158. The supplied software may be used by one person on as many computer
  159. systems as that person uses.  We expect that group programming projects
  160. making use of this software will purchase a copy of the software and
