  14. Windows 95 users can add sound events to their
  15. system by manually editing the Win95 Registry. However,
  16. editing the Registry can be tricky and sometimes
  17. dangerous. Sound Event Editor (S.E.E.) has been created
  18. to make adding sound events to Windows 95 easy and
  19. risk-free.

  24. The Windows 95 operating system and a sound card that
  25. supports WAV files.
  26.  
  27. Note to NT users:  It has been reported (but not
  28. confirmed) that Sound Event Editor does NOT work
  29. on Windows NT.

  35. Well, if you're getting rid of Sound Event Editor I hope
  36. it's to install its big brother "Wave Events." But if you're

  42. Regardless of your reasons, the process is quite simple.

  44. Removal Procedure
  45. =================
  46.  
  47. Sound Event Editor can be easily be removed, like
  48. most Windows 95 programs, via the Control Panel
  49. "Add/Remove Programs" icon. Although this will
  50. remove Sound Event Editor from your system, it will
  51. NOT remove any of the sound events that have been
  52. installed with Sound Event Editor.

  61. Click here, or press Alt-S, to select the program
  62. you wish to create sound events for. The selected
  63. filename must be a valid program file with the
  64. ".EXE" or ".SCR" extension.

  69. Click here or press Alt-I, to install sound events
  70. for the selected program.

  81. Click here or press Alt-C for a shortcut to the
  82. Control Panel "Sounds" applet to configure your

  138.                 application's window.
