  4. Users of QV-AutoCam must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

  6. QV-AutoCam is supplied as is. The author disclaims all
  7. warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation,
  8. the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
  9. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or
  10. consequential, which may result from the use of QV-AutoCam
  11.  
  12. QV-AutoCam is a shareware program; and is provided
  13. at no charge to the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it
  14. with your friends, but please do not give it away altered or as
  15. part of another system.

  17. If you find this program useful and find that you are using QV-AutoCam 
  18. and continue to use QV-AutoCam after a reasonable trial period, 
  19. you must make a registration payment to Beausoft. 
  20.  
  21. The registration fee will license one copy for use on any one
  22. computer at any one time. You must treat this software just like
  23. a book. An example is that this software may be used by any
  24. number of people and may be freely moved from one computer
  25. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it
  26. being used at one location while it's being used at another. Just
  27. as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the same
  28. time.

  30. Commercial users of QV-AutoCam must register and pay for their
  31. copies of QV-AutoCam within 30 days of first use or their license
  32. is withdrawn. Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting
  33. BeauSoft.

  35. Anyone distributing QV-AutoCam for any kind of remuneration
  36. must first contact BeauSoft at the address below for
  37. authorization. This authorization will be automatically granted
  38. to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its
  39. guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors may
  40. begin offering QV-AutoCam immediately (However BeauSoft must
  41. still be advised so that the distributor can be kept up-to-date
  42. with the latest version of QV-AutoCam.)

  44. You are encouraged to pass a copy of QV-AutoCam along to your
  45. friends for evaluation. Please encourage them to register their
  46. copy if they find that they can use it.
