  13. Need to create graphics using the color palette of another 
  14. application like say, Netscape's Navigator? Having a hard time 
  15. tracking down a bug related to color palette support? 
  16.  
  17. With this system color palette tool, you can look up the color and 
  18. index of any pixel on the desktop, monitor the system color palette, 
  19. save it as a palette, bitmap or text file, copy it to the clipboard, 
  20. and reset it.

  46. INSTALLATION

  48. Close the application if it is currently running, then run the 
  49. SetupOPal.exe file and follow the instructions.

  52. UPGRADES

  54. Close the application if it is currently running, then install 
  55. the new version on top of the old one, unless otherwise specified 
  56. in this file.

  59. UNINSTALLATION
  60.  
  61. Close the application if it is currently running.  Click the Windows 
  62. "Start" button, and select "Settings", then "Control Panel".  
  63. Double-click the "Add/Remove Programs item".  Proceed by 
  64. double-clicking the line corresponding to this product and follow 
  65. the instructions.

  67. Note that configuration files, generally with a ".dat" extension, 
  68. and registration files, namely "Registration Form.txt", may be 
  69. created by the application and will not be deleted for your 
  70. convenience in case you wish to refer to them at a later date.  
  71. Delete these files manually if you do not want them.
