Lutan lost these claims when Yar defeated Yareena in ritual combat. Lutan's honor was preserved when Yareena later accepted Lutan as her Second One after Hagon became Yareena's First One. It also had the ability to fire a series of cobalt- fusion warheads. By Federation Starfleet standards, the Lysian Central Command, as well as the Lysian ships, possessed limited weaponry.
