  1. GREY OLLTWIT FREEWARE APPLICATIONS

  3. Recommended minimum system, Pentium 75, 8 MB Ram,
  4. Windows '95 or 3.1, Super VGA (High Colour) monitor
  5. and sound card.
  6. Not recommended for 256 colour setting.

  8. Installation
  9. ------------
  10. Double click on the setup icon and follow on screen
  11. instructions. If you have the latest version of Winzip
  12. you can click on the Install button in the top menu.

  17. A review of some of the main stories of 1997.

  19. In the settings under "Screen Saver" in "Control Panel"
  20. (right click on desktop in Win '95, and select 
  21. properties), select "1997". Choose the time 
  22. delay before it will appear after no activity on 
  23. keyboard or mouse. Both the "Samples" (wav sounds) 
  24. and "Music" boxes should be checked. To turn off 
  25. music or sounds, uncheck either or both of these 
  26. boxes. Your sound card needs to be configured to
  27. play midi and wav files at the same time. This is 
  28. standard in Windows '95.

  30. You can also set a password, which will lock 
  31. the screensaver in place until you type in your 
  32. password. Handy if you wish to prevent someone else 
  33. from messing with your work while you're away from 
  34. your screen.

  36. If you find the colours are a bit wierd, try 
  37. re-installing and using the change graphics 
  38. driver option.

  42. This saver was made on a Pentium 166 machine and may not
  43. run as well on other machines. By installing this game
  44. you accept this and that no resposibility can be 
  45. accepted for any loss or damage caused by such 
  46. installation.
