  1. Star Wars - 3 New Doom Patches !!!

  4. SWTITLE.BAT  - change the old 'doom' title to 'Star Wars doom'
  5. PINETREE.BAT - change the trees to pine trees
  6.  
  7. Although the pine trees aren't really anything from Star Wars,
  8. I included them anyways because they had them in the Rebel Assault 
  9. game, and besides they look better than those ugly scraggly stumps..
  10. The new title screen is the title of of Rebel Assault, with a little  
  11. art in the corner.. It is pretty cool to see it while the SWMUSGFX.WAD
  12. is playing in the background (get it at infant2.sphs.indiana.edu !!).
  13. Tell me if there is anything on your mind about what I came up with..

  16. INSTRUCTIONS: (borrowed from thomas@ug.cs.dal.ca, thanks!)

  18. ** MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DMGRAPH IN YOUR DOOM DIRECTORY (where doom.wad is!)

  20. ** CREATE a 'graphics' directory, (within the doom directory!) and unzip 
  21.    the file "swstuff.zip" into that directory.

  23. ** from the doom directory, launch the batch files by typing 
  24.    'graphics\pinetree.bat'
  25.    'graphics\swtitle.bat'
  26.  
  27. Wait a few seconds, then go play doom (Using SWSFX.WAD!)

  32.      are awesome!
