ocr: Blue Cheese Dressing makes about 1 2/3 cups 1 package (4 ounces) blue cheese 1 package (3 ounces) softened cream cheese 1/2 cup mayonaise or salad dressing 1/2 cup light cream (20%) Set aside 1/3 cup of the crumbled blue cheese. Blend the remaining blue cheese with the cream cheese, using an electric mixer set on low speed. Add the mayonaise and cream, and beat on medium speed until the mixture is creamy. Stir in the remaining 1/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese by hand. Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving, to let the flavours blend together.
