  19. WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 1.6:

  21. 1)    Version 1.6 of Teaching Assistant corrects a bug in the text entry
  22.       routine which caused problems when an accented character was entered into
  23.       a string in insert mode.
  24.  
  25. 2)    Two enhancements have been added:
  26.  
  27.       i)    The class name entry routine now checks for illegal filename
  28.             characters.  If you enter an illegal character, TA will beep and
  29.             wait for a legal character.
  30.  
  31.       ii)   TA now sorts the class file on both last name and first name so
  32.             that records with the same last name will be placed in correct
  33.             alphabetic order.

  36. Version 1.6 is completely compatible with version 1.5 files.
