The heart of Discovery Interactive’s Old Testament Foundations course is the Old Testament survey written by Philip Yancey. The survey is organized around seven periods of Old Testament history (Volumes 1 & 2). You may study the story from the beginning to the end, or you may explore the periods in any order you choose. Click a button, such as Beginnings, to view an index of lessons for the section. Select any one of the lessons by clicking on the lesson title.
We recommend that you first click the Intro button for an introduction to the lessons for the section. After completing all the lessons, click the Review button for a list of learning objectives and reading assignments, followed by a quiz covering the material in the section. The answers to all quizzes are available by clicking on the Answers button.
The Links button will quickly take you to related areas of study and interactive learning exercises. After studying the link, use the Back button to return to the links index and follow the next link.
