  17. No, it's a system-wide setting.  The logical name that controls it is
  18. MULTINET_SMTP_RETURN_INTERVAL; it's equivalence string should be a VMS
  19. delta time value.   If you wanted to set the value to be one day, for
  20. example, you would define it as follows:
