- I hope *you* don't feel like this. When I used to drive Army Landrovers
- which were about as underpowered on acceleration as you could get, I
- would regularly slow down for corners precisely because of this - you
- couldn't accelerate out of them (the acceleration hit about 5 secs
- after you pushed the pedal :-( ) and they were too light to hold the
- road well on a turn (the dangers of aluminium frame light air-portables...)

- PS I *know* how unstable they are - one time (on a private army range road)
- I did try to accelerate out of a bend when going too fast the Landie took
- up on two wheels for a hundred yards or so... quite a trick. Wish I could
- do it on purpose :-) )
