- It *IS* possible NOW to have priority systems for buses at traffic lights. This can
- achieved by fitting some kind bus-sensors just before traffic lights. Another
- alternative is to change the timings of traffic lights so that they no longer are
- optimum for 30mph cars but rather are optimal for buses. Personnally I think the first
- idea is the best and will work whereas the 2nd would be very hard to implement because
- how do you determine how long a bus will stop at a bus stop?

- PS: There is a pathetic situation in Manchester (UK) at the moment - there is this new
- RLT/Metro-link tram system which has to stop at traffic lights and wait for the cars.
