- You are assuming a one to one correspondence between drivers and vehicles.

- By and large this applies to mopeds & motorbikes but not cars.

- Whilst there may be a case for SOME restrictions, it seems unreasonable
- to deny many newly qualified drivers the opportunity to improve their
- skills merely because the only vehicle they could do so in is "the family
- car".
