- It's certainly true that BT charge in metered unit increments. Of course, BT
- would claim that this is the basis of their tariff, and therefore they cannot
- be overcharging. On the other hand Mercury don't do this ... and they charge
- less as a result. I'll leave you to draw your own confusions.
