- Didn't BT set-up Phonepoint or Telepoint or something with Ferranti or
- somesuch? I can't remember the exact details but I'm sure they were
- involved in one of the PCN licences.

- I believe that all the prospective PCN operators did some
- cost-modelling and decided that the market just wasn't there. They
- all pulled out, or at least tried to :^), bar Microtel who were bought
- by Hutchison Telecom. The Hutchison Rabbit system is the only one
- left, I think. I seem to remember Shell and Barclays being involved
- at one point too.
