  15.    standard or cheap rate from a public call box the same as it costs
  16.    to make the same call from a private residential BT phone ? Do you
  17.    get the same number of seconds for each unit ?

  19.    ( I know that with a private phone you are charged VAT at 17.5 %,
  20.    while in the case of a public payphone BT collect the VAT as
  21.    part of the charge call)
