  19. I appreciate your help as it's enabling me to build a dossier of failed
  20. calls with which to beat Mercury over the head!

  22. Two requests: firstly, if you DO get through, please don't mail me, but try
  23. again later.  I only need to know if you DON'T get through.  Secondly, please
  24. try particularly around 3-4pm as this is Mercury's busiest time.

  26. And finally a reminder: you don't need to wait for the number to answer (after
  27. 4-5 rings); if you get ringing tone you're through and you can hang up.  That
  28. way the calls won't cost you anything.
