  23. The way I remember the numbers it was like 43% for Clinton and 34% for
  24. Bush.  That is ONLY 26% more votes than Bush got.  As you have already said
  25. in a previous post, 25% is "Insignificant."  An insignificantly larger
  26. number of people voted for a liberal than voted for a conservative.  As you
  27. noted above, there was a third candidate, but since he got less than 25%,
  28. that was "Insignificant."
