- Many catholic schools take kids FOR FREE! In New Orleans, there are many
- "disadvantaged" kids in catholic schools. A close friend of mine, a black
- woman I met in college, attended catholic schools while her mother was on
- welfare. This is NOT unusual. Wouldn't it have been much better if the
- school got the money that was instead given to public schools so it could
- let MORE of these students in?
