  28. Here you only reveal that you have not or you will not grasp
  29. anything about the Estonian citizenship issue.

  31. Some of the people (if not the majority) of the Petsherians are 
  32. Estonian citizens, because one of their (grand)parents has been
  33. an Estonian citizen. According to the existing citizenship
  34. legislation there should be masses of Russian speaking Estonian
  35. citizens in Petserimaa/Petshora. But this is no reason to change
  36. borders, there will be thousands of Russian citizens in Tallinn,
  37. Eastern Virumaa and Narva in the near future. There will be mixed
  38. citizenries in Estonia and Russia - welcome to Europe!

  41. that are Estonian citizens will remain Estonian citizens.

  55. Tens of thousands Estonians were deported during the forties and
  56. fifties. They have had enough of it. It's totally other people that
  57. have deported the Estonians and currently keep up speaking about
  58. deportations. It's their tradition.
