  31.       targeting by Uncle Sam.  The Federal Lawnmower is coming,
  32.       and consumption and jobs are going away.  It's really not
  33.       very hard to figure out.  No nation is HISTORY has ever 
  34.      been able to grow itself out of a huge debt.  The American
  35.      people have been secretly kidding themselves that the debt
  36.      would get so large, the government would just
