- Perot, obviously. Buchanan took an even harder line. So what? I do recall
- Clinton running the "foreign companies are shafting us for billions in
- taxes" ad lots and lots of times, though. Clinton is populist enough.

- The best way is free trade. Clinton's committment to it, however, has yet to
- be seen. Pity.
