  51. Doesn't matter. Sex is a voluntary act, whether the risks of a particular sex 
  52. act are accurately known by the participants or not. Any voluntary act of sex 
  53. leading to illegitimate conception would make the actor liable for the Tax.

  58. I have assumed no such thing. Doug Chatham asked specifically about "women who
  59. have been raped" [sic], where the rape results in their becoming impregnated.
  60. I was responding to his point. My general statement, however, that rapists 
  61. should be liable for the Tax, but not their victims, applies equally whether
  62. the rapist is a man or a woman.
