  15. I am running an experiment titled "Sexual Orientation and other Correlates of
  16. Romantic Jealousy". It consists of around 31 quick "check the box" questions, 2
  17. or 3 write a sentence or two items, and 8 rate "something" on a scale of 1 to
  18. 10. I will include a self addressed stamped envelope with the survey. I'd like
  19. to get responses of people from every sexual orientation and age. My only
  20. requirement is that you currently are in a relationship with a "significant
  21. other" in some way for over two weeks.

  23. Because my hypothesis is that people of different sexual orientations
  24. experience jealousy differently both quantitatively and quantitatively, I
  25. especially would appreciate responses from homosexuals and bisexuals so that my
  26. results will be statistically significant. Help me to dispell stereotypes and
  27. discover the truth.

  29. This is my second call for subjects. Originally I said that if if there were
  30. not many volunteers I would implement an incentive raffle. The University of
  31. Rochester's Human Subject Committee ruled that I could not have permission to
  32. mail out the surveys if I kept a record of anyone who participates. Thus, it is
  33. impossible to hold such a raffle. :-(

  36. I will acknowledge you within 24 hours for the most part.

  39. will be posted to misc.misc on May 21, 1993. Thanx.
