  23. I don't know of any self-help groups, especially since you didn't
  24. note your geographical area, but you might start with the hospital
  25. where your wife had her operation. Another source of information is
  26. the book "Our Bodies, Our Selves," originally published by the
  27. Boston Women's Heath Collective. One more suggestion:
  28. there's an excellent organization in the San Francisco Bay area here in
  29. California called Planetree that provides health information on
  30. almost any medical problem. They might be a source of information
  31. that would help your wife understand and deal with what's happened
  32. to her.  Or they might be able to find you the name of a support
