- Yes, men can be feminists.

- Many of these did not become issues until women raised them (such as date
- rape, sexual harrassment, comparable worth).

- My basic definition of a feminist is one who believes that women should
- have a status equal to men. In my lifetime, there was a time when women
- could be denied the right to own property or to even have credit in their
- own name.
