- Open question: Is there a good way for the man in this situation to
- figure out what is going on (assuming that, for whatever reason, the
- woman is unwilling to tell him directly)? Does he look for subtle clues
- like "Oh goodness, look at the time, I really must go home and floss the
- cat"?
