  20. I'm going to assume you mean alt.personals because as far as I can tell
  21. alt.singles doesn't exist.  If it does, it shouldn't.  You see, Brent, there's
  22. a reasons that discussions should take place in soc.singles and personal
  23. ads in alt.personals.  Granted, the charter is a little closer than say
  24. comp.unix.sources and rec.scuba, but each group has it's own charter.  That
  25. charter should be read and understood by everyonce *before* they post an
  26. article to the group.  You can find the charters in news.announce.newusers.
  27. I recommend reading them.  The file which describes the alt.groups is actually
  28. quite entertaining.
