  21. a personal ad.  Personally, I don't think that the accent jokes were 
  22. very funny, but that's Usenet.  It's an anarchy and the only way we 
  23. can enforce rules is to point and laugh when you break them.  (Actually,
  24. I think that might be a good idea in the Real World too.)  He can
  25. either post personal ads to alt.personals or soc.penpals, or he can
  26. join in the conversation here.
