  47.     WHEREAS:

  49.     A. The Assignor is absolute owner of her body and person
  50.     B. The Assignor has agreed to certain rights of possession of her
  51.        person to the Assignee upon and subject to the terms and 
  52.        conditions hereinafter appearing

  54.     WHEREBY IT IS AGREED as follows:

  58.     In the event that the Assignor agrees to leave the restaurant/place
  59.     of entertainment/other venue in the company of the Asignee with the 
  60.     express purpose of repairing with the Assignee to his place of 
  61.     residence, the Assignor hereby warrants and undertakes the Assignee
  62.     that:

  64.     (1) the Assignor is willing to consider discussions of intimacy by 
  65.     virtue of having decided to accompany the Asignee inside his place
  66.     of residence
  67.     PROVIDED THAT the record/tape cassette/CD collection of the Assignee
  68.     is not of a ludicrous nature
  69.  
  70.     (2) the Assignor is willing to seat herself on the sofa in a position
  71.     adjecent to the Assignee
  72.     PROVIDED THAT the Assinee offers the Assignor a hot beverage of
  73.     decaffeinated coffee or camomile tea in a mug that is not chipped
  74.     at the rim.
  75.  
  76.     (3) that the Assignor is willing to submit herself to the gaze of the
  77.     Assignee
  78.     PROVIDED THAT the Assignee makes a suitable complimentary remark about
  79.     her visage without resort to vulgar cliche', and
  80.     PROVIDED THAT he does not take an unreasonable period of time to throw
  81.     his arm across the back of the sofa and therby assume an open and non-
  82.     frigid bodily attitude towards the Assignor
  83.     
  84.     (4) the Assignor grants permission to the Assignee to perform an 
  85.     osculation (hereinafter refered to as "a kiss") upon her lips
  86.  
  87.     (5) the Assignor grants permission to the Assignee to introduce his
  88.     tounge into her oral cavity for the purpose of mutual stimulation
  89.     PROVIDED THAT the Assignee takes all resonable steps to insure that his
  90.     tongue, mouth, and breat are not unpleasantly scented, and
  91.     PROVIDED THAT the Assignee indemnifies the Assignor against all costs
  92.     and expenses incurred in connection with the dislodgement of dental
  93.     work.

  97.     In the event that the Assignor answers affirmative to the question of 
  98.     the Assignee "Do you wish to have an emotionall fulfilling experience 
  99.     that involves our removing all out clothes and rediscovering the ways of
  100.      our ancestors?", the Assignor hereby warrants and undetakes that she is 
  101.     free of all encumbrance in the way of sexually transmittable disease 
  102.     insofar as she has taken all resonable steps to ascertain her medical 
  103.     condition in this regard by means of an HIV test
  104.     PROVIDED THAT the Assignee warrants and undertakes the same
  105.  
  106.  III.
  107.  
  108.     The Assignor herby warrants and undertakes the Assignee that:
  109.     (1) the Assignor will remove her clothing with despatch
  110.     PROVIDED THAT the Assignee undertakes not to cause delay by taking
  111.     time to fold his clothing
  112.  
  113.     (2) the Assignor is prepared to perform an act of oral stimulation upon
  114.     the genitalia of the Assignee (hereinafter called "the member")
  115.  
  116.     (3) the Assignor will keep in mind at all times the fact that said 
  117.     member is sensitive to unintended scraping action of human teeth.
  118.  
  119.     (4) the Assignor grants permission for the Assignee to perform an act of
  120.     oral stimulation upon the genitalia of the Assignor (hereinafter called
  121.     "the perfumed garden")
  122.     PROVIDED THAT the Assignee undertakes to discover the precise 
  123.     whereabouts of the clitoris (hereinafter called "the love button"), 
  124.     of the Assignor and to apply his tongue gently and vigorously thereto, 
  125.     and PROVIDED THAT such stimulation is applied continously for a minimum
  126.     period of _____ minutes and a maximum period of _____ minutes (if
  127.     indeterminate, this space should be left blank)

  129.     (5) the Assignor grants permission for the Assignee to introduce his
  130.     member into the perfumed garden for the purpose of performing sexual 
  131.     intercourse with her
  132.     PROVIDED THAT the Assignee agress to perform his material obligations
  133.     in respect to the said act, namely he should engage enthusiastically
  134.     in sexual congress for a minimum period of ____ minutes and a maximum
  135.     period of ____ minutes (or blank as above)
  136.     
  137.     (6) the Assignor will not make any exclamations or ululations as 
  138.     counterfeit of achieving the state of satisfaction commonly known
  139.     as "the orgasm"
  140.     
  141.     (7) the Assignor will duly perform all of her material obligations 
  142.     arising out of this agreement.

  144.  IV.
  145.  
  146.     The Assignee hereby warrants and undertakes the Assignor that:
  147.     
  148.     (1) the Assignee has about his person a sufficient supply of 
  149.     prophylactic barries and and that he will introduce such barriers 
  150.     into the proceedings with all due delicacy.
  151.  
  152.     (2) in permitting the Assignor to perform an act or oral stimulation
  153.     upon his member he does not allow his thrustings of said member to 
  154.     exceed resonable bounds
  155.  
  156.     (3) the Assignee will give full rien to exclamations of pleasure and
  157.     delight in token of his earnest desire to avoid embarrasment to the
  158.     Assignor who may otherwise be ashamed at achieving satisfaction in
  159.     advance of him
  160.  
  161.     (4) the Assignee will initiate a post-coital conversation of reasonable
  162.     duration about significant issues in the field of sexual politics not
  163.     merely confined to the enquiry "Was it good for you?" and will make 
  164.     comments about the person of the Assignee which are to her advantage.
  165.  
  166.     (5) the Assignee will also supply a copious amount of kisses to the
  167.     Assignor
  168.  
  169.   V.
  170.  
  171.     In the event that the Assignor elects to return home after sexual 
  172.     congress and the aforesaid reasonable period of post-coital 
  173.     conversation, the Assignee hereby warrants and undertakes the Assignor 
  174.     that:
  175.  
  176.     (1) the Assignee will make the call for a local minicab/taxi to 
  177.     transport the Assignor to her residence, or
  178.  
  179.     (2) the Assignee will offer to accompany the Assigor on her journey home
  180.  
  181.  VI.
  182.  
  183.     In the event that the Assignor elects to stay the night at the residence
  184.     of the Assignee the said Assignee hereby warrants and undertakes the 
  185.     Assignor that:
  186.  
  187.     (1) the Assignee will furnish a pillow for the Assignor even if that
  188.     pillow is the only one available
  189.  
  190.     (2) the Assignee will have removed from prominent display in the 
  191.     bathroom all medicinal treatments for common male ailments (eg: 
  192.     athlete's foot powder/Quellada lotion for the extermination of 
  193.     crustaceans, etc.)
  194.  
  195.     (3) the Assignee will have removed from prominent display in the bedroom
  196.     all photographic representation of present and/or former girlfriends.
  197.  
  198.     (4) the Assignee will offer the Assignor first bath the following morning
  199.     without any ulterior thought that in doing so he might ensure that a 
  200.     cooked breakfast will await him on the kitchen table when he emerges
  201.     from the bathroom
  202.  
  203.     (5) the Assignee will keep a reserve of frozen croissants and orange 
  204.     juice and will offer such comestibles to the Assignor
  205.  
  206.     (6) the Assignee will take due and proper care to address the Assignor
  207.     by her own forename and not that of another person of indeterminate 
  208.     status
  209.  
  210.     (7) the Assignee will furnish a steam iron so that the Assignor may 
  211.     press her garment(s) for use the following morning.

  213.  VII.
  214.  
  215.     The Assignee hereby warrants and undertakes the Assignor that:
  216.  
  217.     (1) the Assignee will establish contact with the Assignor at some stage
  218.     during the 24 hours following the date
  219.     PROVIDED THAT the Assignor undertakes not to subject the workplace of
  220.     the Assignee to a brrages of calls and messages
  221.     
  222.     (2) the Assignee will within a reasonable period bestow some token of 
  223.     affection upon the Assignor
  224.  
  225.     (3) the Assignee will duly perform all his material obligations arising
  226.     out of this agreement
