  23. They just haven't learned about any of the important things in life.

  25. (Speaking of youth, I was reminded of my own today.  I found a Real
  26. Find, a book of Jeff MacNelly's first editorial cartoons, which won
  27. him the Pulitzer prize at his first job, seventeen months out of
  28. college.  The subjects were, among other things, the New Economic
  29. Policy (wage and price controls,) Ed Muskie (a wonderful image of a 
  30. musk-ox in a Peking zoo--anyone recognise that refererence?) and the
  31. discovery of the Tasaday, a stone-age tribe about to be visited by its
  32. first contingent of Welfare and Poverty Bureaucrats.

  34. When I heard about the Tasaday they were already historical--I saw
  35. them in a movie.  Makes you feel young.

  37. But what was that Muskie ox doing in China???
