- Just a little note. I translated St Mark from the original Greek
- in high school, and the word "God" is always used in the male form.
- There is a female form, although to my knowledge it never occurs in the
- Bible. I do not know if there is a neuter form (I have never seen that
- anywhere).

- Regardless, I think gender is an attribute which is not especially
- applicable to God. Might as well call God a "he." I don't think God
- would care either way. Calling God a "she" seems to be creating a
- gender for God, whereas calling God "he" is just following the Biblical
- text literally. JMHO.
