- I too have been listening to Family Radio for years. I have great respect
- for Harold Camping. Naturally, I dont blindly receive everything he has to
- say (his peculiarly rigid abhorrence of tongues comes to mind), but I have
- never questioned his commitment to the Lord Jesus and the preaching of
- the Gospel of Salvation. I have not seen the book, but have heard him
- discuss his thesis numerous times. The setting of dates for the Coming
- of the Lord has always led to disaster, but many Christians, Jews, and
- even Muslims believe we're close to the end of time. Whether this is
- end of the millenium hysteria or not, I dont know. All I know is that
- the Lord will raise me up on the Last Day.
