- The program made very clear the fact that churches are actively
- persecuting gay people. I was struck by the visual irony of the
- juxtaposition of gays worshipping, taking communion and even being
- joined in some kind of holy matrimony along side the image of gays being
- persecuted and villified through the authority of a "cozy" community
- church in Kentucky. If these images don't foment a secular revolution,
